Our Story
My name is Anna, founder of Wonder Hero. I’m a mom to three young children (ages 5, 3, and 1), and along side my husband, We've spent countless hours on the floor watching tiny knees crawl, climb, tumble. and try again on our hardwood floors.
When my oldest was learning to move, my mother-in-law had a simple but thoughtful solution: she layered two or three pairs of pants to give his knees extra protection. At the time, as a brand-new mom, I remember thinking it felt a little silly and unnecessary.
But over time, that small act stayed with me. I began to see it for what it truly was — a quiet, caring way to protect a child while still allowing them the freedom to explore, fall, and learn on their own. It worked, but it wasn’t practical for everyday life.
As our family grew, my husband and I found ourselves back on the floor again with each child .crawling, playing, and cheering them on through every little milestone. Again, we found ourselves layering pants just to protect our babies’ knees on hard floors.
That idea kept resurfacing, and nothing felt like a real solution. So we created one.
We wanted something simple, comfortable, and built into what children already wear .clothing that protects without restricting movement or play. No separate inserts. No removable pieces to lose. Just an easy, built-in solution that busy, tired parents can put on in seconds and feel a little more at ease, knowing their baby’s knees are protected as they crawl, explore, and grow.
That’s how Wonder Hero was born.

We also believe in caring for children beyond our own community. That’s why Wonder Hero proudly supports Baby2Baby, a national nonprofit that provides children in need with diapers, clothing and all the basic necessities that every child deserves.
